Best Tako Senbei EVER!

Occasionally I get to try a new type of senbei, and it is rarely because I bought it myself, but rather someone travelled and got me something from there, and my expectations are not high.

However, this Echizen octopus senbei was absolutely mindblowing! The flavour was strong and the crunch was extremely crunchy! Holy wow, what made this so good?

I looked at the back of the package and surprisingly, the leading ingredient used to make this was octopus. There was more octopus used than flour and other things, and it was fried to perfection that I finished the whole bag in one go (then realized I had no more and got sad).

While not for people with allergies, this was no doubt the best senbei I have ever had!
