Karaoke Cost: To Free Time or Not Free Time?

"Free time" at karaoke is not free, but it is more of "all you can sing" for a set price. The question is of course "When is it a better deal to choose Free Time?"

The golden rule is to ask, are you exceeding 2.5 hours or not?

Basically most shops' pricings have it at that if you are singing for 2.5 hours or less, paying for "Free Time" would be a waste, but if you are going for 3 hours or more, you might as well opt-in for "Free Time".

It is also why that shops have a guarantee for at least 3 hours if the shops get crowded.

Personally, I usually sing for 6 hours or more, so I almost never not go for free-time, haha.
