The Best Way to Eat Goya (Bitter Melon)
Goya (bitter melon) is one of the foods of summer, and now that it is autumn, I am starting to miss it.
My favourite way of eating goya was frying them up as "goya chips", and it is very easy to make at home. Here is how you can do that:
1. cut it in half and unseed the goya.
2. slice them up super thin with a slicer.
3. cover them with salt
4. let it sit for 5 mins before rinsing the salt off
5. put them into a bag with flour and shake them up to they are covered with flour
6. fry them for a minute or two
And finally, enjoy the super crispy and delicious goya chips. Warning, they are extremely addictive and you will not want to eat goya in any other ways.
