One Piece Scratch Lottery

I have never played the scratch lottery in Japan, but I know they are huge. I thought I would test my luck by buying one over the new year while also learning how to play.

For 200 yen, I had the slim chance to get 5 million yen. What I needed was to get one of the outside symbols to match the one in the center, which did not happen.
