Sakura Mochi Kit-kat

Japan's kit-kat are famous globally because this is the only country that constantly come out with new flavours of this simple chocolate snack.

The latest offering, Sakura mochi flavour, has a really cute packaging.

Other than that, however, I did not find anything special with this chocolate.

It did not taste like sakura mochi in anyway. It was just a different sweet chocolate that did not stand out at all.

Apparently, this is sakura mochi because it uses powders of red beans and the leaf too. But without reading the package, I would have never guessed.

For that, I would consider this a fail attempt for Kit-kat.
