Volume Nori Bento - It Kicks Ass!

I have never had "nori bento", but they are always the cheapest things at bento shops, so my expectations had been very low.

This Volume Nori Bento did catch my eyes, and for 350 yen at the drug store, there was no harm in trying, right?

It was definitely volume with a potato korokke (with corn inside), a fried white fish and a chikuwa tempura.

The nori seaweed on top of the rice was there and it added some texture, but I was surprised that under the seaweed was some dried katsuo seasoning to make the rice even more delicious!

This was an amazing bento, and now my expectations for nori bento just jumped all the way up to being super high instead!
