Putting Beef Bukakke Toppings on Rice
I was not sure whether to title this post like that due to a very limited misunderstanding some people have with the word bukakke, but that is the name of this product.
This beef sauce topping is supposed to be put on udon and noodles, but you could also put it over rice. The broth also has ingredients of beef and other things, making this a very easy gyudon at home.
Since the rice I made was hot and fresh, there was also no need to heat it up separately.
Not only is it easy to eat and quite delicious, this also makes a great emergency food!
Now, we just need people to stop laughing at the name...
