Ritz' Spicy Chicken Crackers: a Mistake
In my head, Ritz only takes two forms: the cheesy crackers, or plain crackers without the cheese that no one should ever get unless they cannot eat cheese or if they are putting smoked oysters on top.
But at an Aeon supermarket, I found this spicy chicken flavour. The fact that I only saw this at one supermarket and never at others should have been a bad sign that this was going to be not good, and it was bad.
The "spicy chicken" flavour was more about the spices used to make spicy fried chicken instead of an actual chicken flavour. The flavour was mostly onion powder, actually. The "cheese" was not really "cheese". I could not taste any other spices.
If they named it "onion flavour" then it would have been accurate, although still not delicious. To me, labelling it as "spicy chicken" was straight up false advertising, and I hope they will give up on trying new things if this was what they came up with.

@helloalissa Good to get support and also sorry to hear that you bought them too! Did they even do market research before mass producing them?
