Nozaki's Pork, aka, Spam

I find it very interesting that in Japan, people refer to spam as pork, when pork obviously has a much wider meaning that they should know.

Anyhow, pork in Japan is also often seen as an Okinawa food and is limited to just a few brands, so it is always exciting to find a brand I have never seen before.

Nozaki's spam, or pork, is really good. The flavouring is well balanced, and the over-saltiness makes this a great ingredient to add to different food like scrambled eggs.

It is extra appreciated that this can of Nozaki's spam was just 380 yen when I found it, much cheaper than the commonly found 600 yen price tag.

For me, I just dice them up and fry them up and eat them with white rice. If that is their regular price, then I will definitely get more from them!
