Famous Meihou Ham's Sausages

If you have never heard of Meihou Ham, it is a brand of ham from Gifu that is made of very high-quality pork. I really enjoy them.

However, I had no idea that they have sausages as well. Receiving some as a gift, I was very excited to try them.

The sizes were straight-up hot dog sizes. I heated it up with a toaster oven, and the outside got crispy.

The best thing about these sausages is how flavourful they are. It shows how high quality the ingredients are.

One downside would be that the meat is not very fat, so it is more of the tough and dry side for sausages. Chewing actually tired me out.

If you get a chance to try Meihou ham, I would recommend normal ham over their sausages.
