The best XO Sauce you can Find in Japan
XO sauce is a Chinese sauce that has a generous amount of seafood (mostly shellfish) put into it. The sauce is often used in expensive cuisines but also making fried rice.
The sauce is not common in Japan, but if you go to Kaldi and even some supermarkets, you can probably find this can from Lee Kum Kee, and this is probably the best you can find in Japan.
A small jar like this is about 700 yen, so definitely not cheap, but the sauce is very luxurious being full of flavourful fillings.
If you are eating some Chinese food or even gyoza, this is a lovely condiment to pair it with, if you do not mind the price!
