Tsurube no Kazoku ni Kanpai: My Fav Japanese TV Show

I generally dislike watching Japanese TV shows, but there is one show that I have loved since the first time I watched it.

Tsurube no Kazoku ni Kanpai is absolutely lovely.

It is the famous Tsurube-san peacefully walking around the countryside with a guest. He would reach out and talk to random people he sees and get to know their life story.

Why do they live there? What do they do for a living? What's their family like?

There is no "oh wow this is so delicious sugoi~~~~" BS.

The show is so genuine in showing how people just live and connect with each other, I love this more than anything else on TV. Usually on Monday on NHK from 7:30pm. Please give it a watch.
