Houji-cha Kit-Kat? Skip it

Kit-kat is huge in Japan, especially when Japan has a lot of creative flavours for this snack.

One that I have been seeing lately as a regular was the houji-cha, as a part of the "sweetness level for adults" line, implying that it is generally more bitter and not necessarily something the kids would like.

But from the first one, I found that this houji-cha kit-kat to be really sweet, extremely sweet!

So sweet that I could not tell what part of it was the "tea" flavour!

I will be sticking with the dark chocolate from now on.
