Cheap Drunk: Kirin's 9% Grape Sour

I have always been eyeing this can of Kirin Grape Sour, both because of its beautiful packaging as well as the fact that this is a 9% alcoholic can for only 98 yen.

With my high expectations, however, this did not meet it at all. Not even close.

The beautiful purple colour did not save this can from the biggest problem that many 9% strong drinks fall into: a strong alcoholic taste that leaves a bad aftertaste.

The grape flavour was quite artificial as well. Compared with the delicious grape Strong Zero, which is just 10 yen more, this really loses badly.
