"Strong" Sour Cream Onion Potato Chips

Recently, I feel like I have been seeing more sour cream onion flavoured potato chips in Japan, which has been a great flavour missing in this market for too long.

The one I picked up was this Koikeya Strong sour cream onion bag for around 100 yen.

Despite the name "strong", this was actually quite weak compared with what I was used to back home. This was not only not strong, it also was quite sweet.

But the texture was great. This wavy chip feels like the pizza potato chips on the market, and that made up for the flavour.

Hope this will bring in more interest to get better sour cream onion chips in the future.
