I Love Ugly Strawberries

Strawberries in Japan are amazing.


They are always sweet and delicious, but on top of that, they also look perfect. The colour is a perfect red, they all look the same. They always look great.



However, the price also makes each pack of strawberries really expensive, and that is why I love it when I find ugly strawberries but for much cheaper.



This pack of monster-looking strawberries from Tochigi was just 300 yen, while the pretty ones are usually 500 to 600 a pack.

With that said, they taste just as sweet and juicy. I wish more people in Japan would appreciate ugly yet delicious strawberries.
