Edamame out on a Walk

Those who follow my blog probably know that I enjoy my occasional walks with a drink in hand, and while drinking, sometimes you just want to be munching on something.

One time, I found this bag of edamame beans at an Aeon supermarket. For 250 yen, the price was not too bad.

It was quite fun walking around chewy on edamame beans, although I must have looked really weird.

Another downside was that it got messy, so I was lucky to have a wet wipe in my bag.

I could put the shells of the edamame back into the bag and seal it, but the problem was that I had no way to separate the bean-less shells from the bean-ful ones. I ended up occasionally reaching into the bag, grabbing one that turned out to be empty.

Despite all the downsides, this was definitely a fun experience!
