PSA: Do NOT Leave Mochi in Room Temperature

I have learned this lesson the hard way, so I just want to share it so no one else will waste their mochi by leaving them in room temperature.

I left mine or just a few days, and they molded into some really scary looking that none could be saved.

Since mochi was just rice, I did not think too much about them. Doing some research on the internet, people say that you should freeze your mochi once the bag is opened.

Well, throwing them out broke my heart, and I hope this will help you be careful when you open your bag of mochi.
