Cocoichi's Beef Katsu
With the increased opportunities for takeouts recently, I have been enjoying Cocoichi curry quite a lot, and their beef katsu is one of my favourite toppings to get.
In Japan, pork katsu (or tonkatsu) is common, but their beef variation is really good too. It is processed so that it is very soft, and the last thing you want is tough beef as a katsu. The flavour is meaty and it goes well with their curry.
The downside is that it is not cheap as a topping, but given that I have been eating out much less recently, I guess I deserve this!
