Levain Cheese Crackers

When I think cheese crackers, I used to think Ritz by Nabisco, but since I really liked the made-in-Japan YBC Noir cookies and even more than oreos, I was quite intrigued by YBC's take on Ritz cheese crackers.

For 120 to 150 yen, you get two packs of 9 crackers each.

The shape looks interesting, with these squares but the corners were all cut off, but it is all about the flavour, right?

My first impression was that the crackers were missing the salt I was used to, but after a few cracks, I realized that I was not missing the salt at all.

The cheese was delicious and creamy, and maybe even better than Ritz. This is a great product, and I think I like this more than Ritz!
