AWESOME Baseball Arcade Machine

At the Namco Arcade Center the other day, I found this awesome game stuck in the corner. Now, I love all these games where there is a physical element to triggering the mechanics and skills is very much involved. I also like it when the machine is not too digitized, so this caught my attention and took 100-yen from me.

By pulling the big metal bat in front of me, I was also controlling the bat on the field. At the right timing, I would let go to swing and hit the ball into one of the pits, or better yet, a homerun. For each runner that gets back to home base, I get a point, and the game is over when I have 3 outs.

The best part of the game is that with 8 points, I could get another free round, and anything else would still reward me with tokens to spend at other medal game machines nearby. It was very fun and my skills felt rewarded, and for sure I will go back to play again!
