Japan is famous for being clean, and it boggles the minds of many in how the country can do that when there are essentially no public garbage cans on the streets in almost anywhere you go, even in a huge city like Tokyo.
So imagine my surprise when I found these along Omotesando. Public garbage cans!!!
Judging from the Chinese and Korean written on it that say "welcome to Tokyo", perhaps it is for the Asian shoppers who aren't used to the bin-less streets, and it would make sense to have it at a high-brand area like Omotesando.
Also, Free Wi-fi!!!! OMGLOLBBQ!
Omote-sando, you are awesome.
