For those who think nihonshu are difficult to enjoy because of its burn or the bitterness, I have one recommendation for you so you can give sake another try.
"Mio" is a carbonated nihonshu. Not only is it bubbly, it is also sweetened and has a lower alcoholic content, making it smoother and easier to drink. The flavour of the "rice" is still there though, so it is still a sake experience.
The blue bottle is the original, but I have been enjoy the Dry version for something slightly less sweet (but still sweet). If you are new to sake or want to give it another shot (pun intended), Mio would be my recommendation.
