Worst Name for an Apartment: Rest Place

I know we see ridiculous naming conventions in Japan all the one, but this one topped all the other ones I have seen.

This apartment complex is called "Rest Place".

As long as I am still breathing, I definitely do NOT want to reside in my Rest Place. Unfortunately for the people living there, most of them probably had never thought about what the name of their building means besides "well, I guess that makes sense, I do rest here and it is a place."
