This kimchi is relatively mild and likely created for a broad market, so while it has a pleasing kick, those who enjoy more heat may want to add extra spice.

I find it delicious paired with dishes like chicken, dumplings, or stews, and it even works well as an ingredient in stir-fries and rice dishes. A few downsides are its high sodium content, and a more pronounced fermented aroma than expected.
