Nogawa Park is designated as a nature reserve, offering visitors opportunities to enjoy the wild birds, insects, and wild grasses that live there.

There is also a lawn area shaded by sawtooth oak, konara oak, Japanese zelkova, and other trees, plus tennis courts, athletic fields, barbeque areas, and more.
