A Vending Machine Selling Sriracha Sauce

"Devil's Hot Sauce" from a vending machine!

This is one of the quirkier vending machines in the Kawagoe area. It sells Sriracha sauce.  A type of hot sauce, or as they call it "Devil's Hot Sauce".  It says on the machine that it is made in the USA and 'selected and packed' in Japan. 

I might be missing something, but I can't make out the price. An Internet search suggests one bottle costs about 1000 yen.

What I find interesting is that some of the slots were sold out, because I can't imagine that many people buy Sriracha Sauce from a vending machine often.  I have personally never seen anyone use this machine, but I only pass it about 20 times a year. But I do wonder about how much custom it gets!
