The description
This Lawson Convenience store Karaage kun is five pieces of bite size deep fried chicken flavored on Tenkaippin kotteri ramen, a famous and popular ramen noodles chain.
The good
My son rates this Tenkaippin kotteri ramen flavored fried chicken karaage kun very high. Its his personal favorite. But in truth it is not my favorite and, although, I am glad I tasted it, I wouldn't personally buy it again. As with all of the karaage kun range I like that there are five bite sized pieces of chicken in one pack. I also like that the size of the packaging - it fits in one hand. The toothpick that is attached to each pack is convenient for eating the karaage on the go. I also like the packaging, which in this case is more cool than the usual cute packaging.
The not so good
I have heard people who like Tenkaippin Kotteri ramen say that the flavor isn't strong enough in the Tenkaippin kotteri ramen-flavored karaage kun. For me, it was actually the opposite - I thought the flavor was a bit too strong and I'm not sure ramen and chicken nuggets are a good match. But as I say, my son would disagree strongly as he really likes this one. As I say with all of the Karaage kun products, another negative of the karaage kun range is that they are only available in Lawson convenience stores.
