Finding food trucks online

As I wrote earlier today, there are many food truck parks or stations popping up in Japan, which give some food trucks a permanent or semi-permanent address. It also puts them firmly on the map and makes them much easier to find online.

However, there are more food trucks - or kitchen cars as they are called in Japanese - with no fixed address than there are of those with. Furthermore, many of the food trucks don't even clearly show their company name on the side of the truck or their onsite banners, making it hard to identify them, thus also making it hard to find them online.

The food truck in this post does have its name clearly stated "Kitchen Kalama", which I thought it would make easy to find. But it didn't. I had to tweak the search prompts several times, in Japanese, including in the search terms that its menu is mainly Loco Moco and they operate mainly in the Hiki area of Saitama Prefecture. Voila - after several tweaks of my search terms, I finally found an Instagram account for the food truck. 

I know there are websites now that allow you to search for food trucks by category, area or event, but surprisingly they lack the function to search for a food truck by name! So, I couldn't find Kitchen Kamala on those sites. As above, I only found it by sleuthing online myself!  Have you any tips or resources for finding specific food trucks online?
