This is a niko and... COFFEE original sandwich and one of their classic offerings and best sellers. Possibly because it is the cheapest sandwich on their menu, but also because it tastes really good. It is made of slightly sweet and really fluffy bread, a type of koppepan sandwich. The filling is a rich yolk flavor balanced with creamy mayo. It is intentionally simple and works because the sweet bread and savory filling are a perfect match. It is a type of gentle, comforting flavor and it's not too heavy so makes a good choice for a late, quick lunch. It can be ordered to eat in or take out.

This Niko Pan Egg Salad by 'niko and... COFFEE' is only available at "niko and ... COFFEE" stores. They are not very abundant in this area of Japan (Greater Tokyo area), but there is one in Lalaport Fujimi and i think there is one in Harajuku too. You can get it via Uber Eats though, if you are in the catchment area. The price is good, at 357 yen, but it would be cheaper to buy an egg sandwich in a convenience store or a supermarket, but it wouldn't taste quite as good! Overall, I am happy enough with the taste that I've bought it a handful of times over the years. I like that its not too heavy and I really like the bread and how it (the bread) is warm and the filling chilled. Sorry it's not a great photo - you can only barely make the sandwich out behind the drinks.
