Kawagoe Yuyu Land is in the Sanko Hotel. For many years, this was one of the only budget hotels available in Kawagoe. It was also one of the only convenient public bath houses. Now there are several hot springs in Kawagoe so Yuyu has become less popular. But not just because of competition - its also gone into a state of disrepair since I last visited. However, it still attracts customers because of the entertainment - theater performances. I personally don't think the entertainment makes up for everything else this bathhouse is missing. I can't speak to the hotel, but I will say the bathhouse is not worth going out of your way to visit.
