Ramen Nagaoka Tosaya isn't the kind of place that will win any awards for its aesthetic -- the interior is kinda dated, and it's minimalist but not in a fancy way. In saying that I feel like the food here hits the spot, and the portions are generous. Ordering is done via a vending machine system so you will need to know how to read Japanese or battle your way through using Google Translate. It's a freestanding store so there is plenty of parking surrounding it.
