Five kilometers of riverside cherry blossoms

Senbonzakura means a thousand cherry blossoms. And at Kodama Senbonzakura park there are at least a thousand, probably more as they stretch for five kilometers on either side of a wide river. Its not a park in the typical sense, more a promenade. It is a nice walk anytime of the year, but particularly when the cherry blossoms are in view. Unfortunately, it is lacking facilities, but there is a small car park and (portable) toilets at around the half way point of the walk.
