Hakka Touge Observatory

Great views from above

Hakka Touge Observatory is a look out point along route the Hakka Pass (route 103) in Kosaka Town. To get to Lake Towada you need to go up and over a mountain. On the way to the lake it is the first point where you can see the lake from the road and marks the end of the mountain pass. It is a popular spot and its not uncommon for it to be full of cars. There are public toilets here.
