Tsuchikane

Hotspot during the Kawagoe Festival

Tsuchikane is a souvenir shop in Kawagoe, away from the main tourist strip, but near Hon-kawagoe station. During the Kawagoe Festival they set up a nice festival stall where you can buy festival masks. Two of the festival floats perform are stationary in front of the store for a couple of hours during the day on the Sunday of the Kawagoe festival. It is a beautiful building in the old Edo period style.
