Mayumi Takahashi Doll Museum

Cute museum in Iiyama

The Mayumi Takahashi Doll Museum is located in the Iiyama area of Nagano, and it's home to a wide variety of super-cute lifelike dolls made by the museum's namesake. I found that for me, a lot of the dolls were reminiscent of countryside life in Japan, which is probably why I found it so charming. Admission is 620 yen for adults, and 410 yen for elementary aged children. There's also an on-site cafe if you find yourself getting hungry!
