    Conveniently located mall Daiso

    If you appreciate when Daiso outlets are located in malls (a bit of "one-stop" shopping) then this branch at the AEON Niigata Nishi (West) is a good option. Obviously since it's at a mall there are no issues with finding a parking space, and the selection here is good, especially for stationery items which is my favorite 100 yen store indulgence!

    A Store with Everything

    Daiso is a one stop shop and it proves that things don’t have to be costly to be useful. This store carries literally a little bit of everything. Want to grab a drink or a snack? No problem. Pet goods or stationery? Again, no problem, they carry it. Is every item a banger? No, certainly not, but the vast majority of items at Daiso have excellent cost performance. If you’re a student on a budget, this store was made for you to buy all the day-to-day items like cleaners, storage containers, or small electronic goods. Some of the items are priced above the basic ¥100, so keep an eye out while shopping. It’s fun to walk around and see what new stock is available, and if you’re a teacher, there are tons of seasonal items for just about every major holiday.
