Gets very busy, polite service

If you're stopping by Kasukabe City for a bite to eat, you might find yourself on the east side of the station. There are only a few places to get a quick meal. The Hidakaya location at the east exit can get very busy, but servers are fast, attentive, and polite. There happened to be some problem customers just leaving when I arrived. The servers dealt with the surly people in a low-key way and hustled them out. I had a bowl of miso ramen loaded with veg and a small side of gyoza. I find their gyoza are consistently cooked right and light on the oil.
