Fukaya-Hanazono Premium Outlets opened to much fanfare in October 2022. It was much anticipated and long awaited and it didn't disappoint. The Premium Outlets are great for Christmas decorations and Fukaya-Hanazono is no exception. They should be putting up their Christmas tree and lights in a few weeks time. This outlet is located close to Garigari kun factory in neighboring Honjo and so they have some fun Garigari kun photo spots at this branch of the outlet. They also have a children's play area based on the iconic Garigari kun ice lolly character. I've put the average price as zero because the outlet is free to visit. Bring some yen if you want to shop!

Lots of variety
The Fukaya-Hanazono Premium Outlets are a great place to shop in Saitama if you're looking for variety. There's a good mix of both Japanese and international brands, with stores like Calvin Klein, Levi's, and Michael Kors just some of the lineup. There's also a good amount of places to eat -- my personal fave is Kua Aina burger but there are tons of other options as well. A nice place to check out for some retail therapy if you're in the area or passing by.
