True to its name
My daughter had told me about this gem of a shop near Kichijoji Station and I see online it gets rave reviews. Aptly named Rare Record, the store sells old records, CDs and even VHS tapes at reasonable prices! They have some English albums too. It's a bit of a treasure hunt, but that's part of the fun.
