Fun family experience
If you’re curious about how prepared foods are made, or if your children are hankering or ice cream, this is a great place to learn and have fun with your family. The Glico factory allows visitors to view the manufacturing process of ice cream treats. Make a reservation a week or two before you go. The tour is free, and all visitors receive sample treats. The tour allows visitors to see, smell, and feel the factory experience. The tour is thoughtfully paced to intrigue adults and amuse kids. The show room has all kinds of Glico products, many not offered widely in Japan. There is also a display of vintage toys that were included in the packaged Glico treats.
