Good food, and yes, Seattle’s Best Coffee

This quiet restaurant in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi area serves some really good burgers, salads and other dishes. Their specialty salad is a must try. It has blue cheese (ok, some of you might not be a fan), spiced walnut, dressed with apple cider vinaigrette and topped with thinly-sliced apples. The best part about this restaurant is that they serve Seattle’s Best Coffee. Seattle’s Best has only a few branches in Tokyo (they have more in Kyushu), so if you’re a Seattle’s Best fan, dining at Vashon should be in your itinerary. I tried their Seattle’s Espresso Martini and it did not disappoint.
