ANA Festa is located on the fourth floor of Narita International Airport, Terminal 2. It is before security so can be used even if you arriving or meeting someone in Narita airport. It opens until 9 pm too, which is useful. It is a convenient and well stocked souvenir shop selling things like nicely wrapped Japanese chocolate and regional food gifts.
