Kamisato Sunflower Field

Nothing like the photos

I don't know if there were less grown this year or if these sunflowers were rained out or exposed to too much sun, but this year the sunflowers at Kamisato Sunflower Field look nothing like the picture-perfect photos I have seen online in recent years. There is a chance that more will bloom and / or that the condition will improve, but I doubt it. This year, I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to visit them. However, they are conveniently located at the back of the Kamisato Service Area (Inbound) and there is a convenient pedestrian entrance / exit you can use.
