Is it worth it?
We actually stayed here at a discounted price (due to work) and I was really glad that we hadn't paid the full price (which on the night we stayed was 22300 yen per person) as I would have been very disappointed. The main reason I don't think its worth it is because it was just somewhere to lay our head between trips to Disneyland and Disneysea. There are better value hotels in the area that would have served our purposes just as well. But the beds are comfortable and the hotel clean. Breakfast was below par. And the biggest disappointment of all - there's really very little Disney vibes!

Convenient place to stay when visiting Disneyland/Sea
Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel is a convenient place to stay if you're visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea. Prices fluctuate a bit from day to day depending on when you plan your stay, but expect to pay around ¥10,000 per person on average. You can also get rooms that come with breakfast, but we elected not to do that to save a bit of cash. We liked it here -- it was nice, clean, and quite spacious by Japan's hotel room standards. Check in is at 3pm, and checkout is at 12pm, which is nice if you want to have a bit of a sleep-in before your departure.
