Bagels - some with a Japanese spin!

Bagels are one of those foods that I really enjoy, and up until recently I didn't know there was a spot I could find them locally. When I lived in Tokyo I actually lived close to a bagel shop, but wasn't expecting to find a little gem out here in Niigata. Indigo Bagels have a range of tasty offerings on their menu, including some with a distinctively Japanese feel, including bagels that are actually filled with anko! Other varieties include a cheese one if you're after savory flavors, and a cinnamon roll one (so good!) Their bagels are all priced between the 200-300 yen range, so it's a fairly inexpensive way of getting that taste of home as well. Payments are cash only - no cards available - so bear that in mind if you're visiting.
