Strawberry Picking in Sagamihara

If you are loving strawberries going out for Strawberry Picking is a great entertainment for young and old, couples, family or friend groups. We found out about a strawberry farm close to Hashimoto station in Kanagawa prefecture and tried it out at the beginning of March. March belongs to the main season, so we had to pay 1900 yen for each adult. In the off season (April~May) it is getting a bit cheaper. You have 30 minutes inside the greenhouse to eat as many strawberries as you wish. They have several sorts and all are very delicious. Notice that they are not offering strawberry milk. If you want to use it, bring it yourself. The opening hours are quite limited. It is only opened for three days a week for one session: Thursdays, Saturdays from 10:00 am Sundays from 10:00 am or from 11:30 am It is recommanded to make a reservation beforehand, especially for the weekend.
