Tokinosumika Night Illumination

The night illumination in Tokinosumika is available most of the year, even in summer. There are periods, between seasons, when there is no illumination on the main walkway, but the chapel is lit up pretty much all the time. The roofs of the slow house villas and the carousel are also lit up 99% of the time too. Tokinosumika is a resort, also known as Gotemba Kogen, near the Mt Fuji Gotenba fifth station and Gotenba premium outlets. It has plenty to do during the day and at night and at night it feels quite romantic with all the illumination. There is a carousel on site and that is also lit up at night and back dropped by the roofs of the resort's yurts lit up too. Parking is free and plentiful. The illumination is free to spectate, but the carousel costs 100 yen per ride. There is a night fountain show too, which is also charged.
