Elizabethtown is a bakery in the Sanjo area of Niigata, and they have loads of yummy options available, both sweet and savory. The savory options in particular are lots of fun, including a bunch of filled croissants such as ham and camembert, bacon and tomato, and potato salad to name just a handful. In the lead up to Christmas they also had a bunch of Christmassy stuff like stollen. Worth checking out if you're in the area!
