Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a great option for budget decor, especially for special events, and I was really happy (and pleasantly surprised) to see they had a ton of Easter stuff on the shelves at this branch at Aeon Musashimurayama recently. The prices are super reasonable and I feel like the stuff is really good quality -- certainly more so than the prices would have you believe, anyway! If you plan to decorate for Easter I would keep Flying Tiger in mind if you have a branch nearby.
